Grading Information

Coaches Reports from the season before are formatted into a spreadsheet with scores as follows:

Skills - 1 to 3 (1 being highest skills)

Behaviour - 1 to 3 (1 being good behaviour)

Division Change – Down, Same, Up

Physical Grading Day is a minimum of one session, preferably two sessions.  High level players/coaches plus an outside grader assess the players giving them scores from 1 to 4 (1 being the highest in the age group)

Once Grading Days have been completed the Paper Grading Reports from the Coaches in 2025 and the scores from the Physical Grading Days are put together which gives an average score for each player.  Scores generally match up, if there is a difference within the scores, we look further into that player.

The Registration person purely puts the scores together in a nonbiased way, concurs with the President and applicable Coaches, then teams are released.
